This Privacy Policy For State Residents (“State Privacy Policy”) supplements the information contained in Paw Brands, LLC (D/B/A Paw.com) and its subsidiaries and affiliates companies/brands (collectively, “Paw.com”, “us”, “our” or “we”) Privacy Policy and applies solely to all visitors, users and others who reside the states listed below (“you”). We adopt this notice to comply with state laws, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”), the California Privacy Rights Acts (the “CPRA”), the Colorado Privacy Act (the “CPA”), the Connecticut Act Concerning Personal Data Privacy and Online Monitoring (the “PDPOM”), Nevada Revised Statues § 603.A.300-360 (the “NRS”), the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (the “UCPA”), and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (the “VCDPA”).

- Access and delete certain personal information;
- Correct inaccuracies in their personal information, taking into account the information’s nature and processing purpose;
- Data portability;
- Opt-out of personal data processing for targeted advertising and sales; and
- Opt-out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
- Residents of Connecticut
Any terms defined in the Connecticut Act Concerning Personal Data Privacy and Online Monitoring, effective on July 1, 2023, (the “PDPOM”) have the same meaning when used in this Section 3 of this State Privacy Policy.
Beginning July 1, 2023, residents of Connecticut may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process their personal information;
- Access and delete certain personal information;
- Correct inaccuracies in their personal information, taking into account the information’s nature and processing purpose;
- Data portability;
- Opt-out of personal data processing for targeted advertising and sales; and

- Residents of Nevada
Any terms defined in the Nevada Revised Statues § 603.A.300-360 (the “NRS”) have the same meaning when used in this Section 4 of this State Privacy Policy. Residents of Nevada may have the right to a limited right to opt-out of certain sales of Personal Information.

Any terms defined in the Utah Consumer Privacy Act, effective on December 31, 2023, (the “UCPA”) have the same meaning when used in this Section 5 of this State Privacy Policy.
Beginning December 31, 2023, residents of Utah may have the right to:

- Access and delete certain personal information;
- Data portability; and
- Opt-out of personal data processing for targeted advertising and sales.
- Residents of Virginia
Any terms defined in the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, effective January 1, 2023, (the “VCDPA”) have the same meaning when used in this Section 6 of this State Privacy Policy.
Beginning January 1, 2023, residents of Virginia may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process their personal information;
- Access and delete certain personal information;
- Data portability;
- Opt-out of personal data processing for targeted advertising and sales;
- Correct inaccuracies in their personal information, taking into account the information’s nature and processing purpose; and
- Opt-out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Your request or exercise of your right must provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative, which should include:
- The state of which you are a resident;
- Description of your request/exercise of your right, with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond; and
- Either:
- Identifying personal information; or
- Using your password protected customer account, if any.
Please note that we cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your customer account, if any. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
- Verifying Request or Exercise of Rights
Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request to know or delete related to your personal information. You may also make a request to know or delete on behalf of your child.
We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. You do not need to create a customer account with us to submit a request to know or delete. However, we do consider requests made through your password protected customer account sufficiently verified when the request relates to personal information associated with that specific account. We will only use personal information provided in the request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make it.
- Changes to this State Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to amend this State Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes to our practices or the law. We will make the revised State Privacy Policy accessible through the Services. Please check the Site and Services periodically for updates.
