How do you ship?

 

We use DHL, UPS, USPS, Fedex and XParcel to get our products to your door. Please make sure to input the correct address when completing your order. 

When will my order ship?

 

Most orders are shipped the same business day. Once you place your order, we promise to process all items that are in stock within 1 to 2 business days. Any order placed over the weekend will ship Monday (or if Monday is a holiday, the next business day). 

Is shipping free?

 

Shipping is free for Silver and Gold Paw V.I.P.P. members. Click here to become a V.I.P.P. (Very Important Pet Parent).

  

Return Policy

 

Unopened and unused items: Full refund within 30 days from receipt.

Products must be unopened, unused and vacuum sealed or plastic wrapped.

$19 return shipping fee will be applied.

       

      Undamaged, opened items: May be returned within 30 days of receipt for partial refund.

      Item will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee on the original purchase price.

      $19 return shipping fee will be applied.

           

          Damaged in shipping or defective: Full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. 

          Shipping cost to send replacement item included.

           

          All refunds issued after item is received, processed, & inspected.

          We’ve made every effort to make returns simple and easy, but we reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time. Returns apply only to products purchased directly from Paw.com. Images of products may be requested prior to completing a return. We are unable to process any returns after 30 days, but all Paw.com beds have a no-flat foam guarantee, so if your foam flattens at any time, or if you have any questions about a return, please contact us at support@paw.com.

          OUR PRODUCTS

          The size of the dog bed you need will depend on the length of your dog. The best way to determine the right size is to measure your dog from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail; this is the minimum length the bed needs for your dog to stretch out.

          Our beds also have a size guide on their product pages that can give additional information on bed sizing.

          We sell dog bed replacement covers separately for some of our memory foam dog beds. Please make sure to purchase the same size and style cover as your bed. If you have any questions about the bed size you ordered, please send an email to support@paw.com with your order#.

          An orthopedic memory foam bed offers a number of benefits to senior dogs or dogs with arthritis or hip dysplasia. These include additional support for the dog’s joints and muscles, along with improved weight distribution when your dog is resting. It’s also great for puppies, providing support from the start to help prevent future ailments from developing.

          An orthopedic memory foam bed is great for dogs of all ages! For big dogs and breeds prone to hip dysplasia or joint problems later in life, it’s recommended to provide them with full support from a young age to prolong joint health.

          Both! Orthopedic means that the bed or mattress is designed to support the bones and joints, and to alleviate pain. Our memory foam dog beds are considered orthopedic as the pressure-relieving memory foam base will help support a dog's bones and joints.

          Our PupRug™ Beds, including the PupRug™ Faux Fur Orthopedic Beds, PupRug™ Runners, and PupRug™ Faux Animal Print Beds have a memory foam base that measures approximately 2 inches thick.

At Paw.com, we'll continue to introduce new and innovative products that make you as happy as they make your furry family members!

          No. The fur you see on many of our items is a synthetic, ultra-soft faux fur fabric. 

          Brush and fluff up the faux fur using a dog care brush with widely spaced metal bristles – this kind of brush is called a slicker brush. Brush and fluff carefully so you don't damage the faux fur's fabric.

          Shedding may occur and is normal with faux fur products, especially in the beginning, but after a few days, the shedding should stop as the loose fibers have been discarded. Washing the faux fur covers of the bed and the faux fur blankets on cold wash delicate cycle should help the faux fur to stop shedding.

          We offer a ten-year guarantee against flattening for all of our memory foam mattresses. If you experience any flattening of the bed foam within that time, please send a photo to support@paw.com with a photo of the flattened foam for quality assurance purposes.

          PAYMENT OPTIONS

          Klarna is a payment method that allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over 4 equal installments. Payment one is taken when you place the order, the next three payments are charged every 2 weeks. Just enter the credit card details of your choice and make automatic payments every 2 weeks. No credit checks, and no interest fees when you pay on time. 

          Payment reminders will be sent from Klarna 2 days before each payment is taken. Payments can't be made early, and scheduled payment dates can't be changed. 

          If you return any items on your order, your Klarna statement will be updated accordingly.

          If you’ve returned your whole order, then your invoice will be adjusted, and you'll receive a refund from Klarna within 10 business days for all payments you have made.

          Your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. If you haven't paid all of your installments, then the rest of your payments will be cancelled.

          If you have returned some of your items, then your invoice will be adjusted to reflect what you have returned. Any returns will reduce the outstanding balance from the last installment which may get rid of an installment or reduce the installment costs.
